The safety of our clients, staff, customers and suppliers is of the utmost importance to us.
We are closely monitoring information from HM Government, the NHS and the World Health Organisation regarding Coronavirus.
We are taking steps within our company to protect our staff both at our office in Aylesbury and our national network of Engineers, Sales and Technical Managers based across the UK.
Our focus is to continue to meet the needs of our clients and customers whilst following guidance and instructions to keep our employees and clients safe.
If you have an appointment booked with any of our employees and display any of the symptoms associated with Coronavirus please call us immediately to re-schedule your appointment.
If any of our staff display any of the symptoms associated with Coronavirus they will be self-isolating immediately in accordance with the Government guidelines. This may mean appointments are re-scheduled with little notice, we will work to avoid this where we possibly can.
As of Monday 16th March 2020 we are not accepting any visitors to our office in Aylesbury. If you have a visit booked we will work with you to re-schedule this or to conduct it via voice or video call.
These are exceptional times and we will continue to monitor the rapidly-changing situation as it evolves and adjust our policies and processes accordingly.
