Battery backup enables operation after mains supply failure.

Pre-stored recorded messages can be heard when callers visit and press the button on the external intercom station.

Freedom can be remotely activated via Possum and other IR controllers.

Headphones can be provided to enable private telephone conversations.

In cases where users have quiet voices an external microphone is available.
