The Possum vibrating pillow pad and strobe solution is designed to be used with the Neat family range of radio transmitter units. The unit incorporates a Neat radio receiver unit which is integrated into the device to raise an alarm by vibrating and flashing, making it suitable for users who may be suffering from sight and hearing impairments and less able to see or hear a traditional alarm.
The type of sensors that can be integrated include, but are not limited to, the following solutions available from Possum Limited:
- Environmental Control Systems
- Falls Prevention Solutions
- Bed Occupancy Solutions
- Enuresis Sensors
- Property Exit Sensors
- Environmental Sensors such as Smoke, Temperature, and CO Detectors
The unit is pre-programmed meaning that up to 8 individual radio transmitters can be assigned manually, and more can be added with further software configuration.
Power requirements:
The unit is powered by a 5V 1.5A mains power supply. The unit has internal battery back-up which provides for up to two hours battery back- up when fully charged.
