Novo is a digital carephone designed to fit into any housing environment and developed to suit all users.

It links in with the suite of products we offer via your broadband or GSM mobile signal, including wrist worn fall detects, smoke alarms and bed sensors, to ensure help is quickly on the way when required. When an alarm is activated the Novo automatically rings the pre-programmed number, this can be an alarm response centre or friends or family.

Novo provides a sense of comfort and security, it is always updated, always connected and always safe – giving you peace of mind when it comes to supplying your loved ones or users with the latest technology.

With a back up battery back up of up to 14 days, the Possum IP 4G Carephone offers one of the longest battery durations during mains power outages on the market. This ensures that the ARC will continue to receive alarm notifications triggered by the Carephone and peripherals in situ when mains power is not available, offering an increase level of safety and reassurance.

 

Connectivity and coverage
Offers wider mobile coverage including areas of the UK that have previously experienced unreliable network coverage. 2G and 3G connections will still be available when there’s no 4G signal. Dual Transmission path capable with added network reversionary capabilities.

Enhanced range of peripherals
Possum’s wide range of peripherals will continue to be available and our IP 4G Carephone will have the added Health Home hub functionality with BLE enabled units.

Speed and reliability
Call connections are up to twice as fast when compared to 2G or 3G, providing a quicker response to real time emergencies. Possum’s 4G IP Carephone is compatible with all Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC). The increased speed means quicker installation, quicker programming and a more efficient service overall.
