The TabTime reminds a user when it is time to take their medication, providing the correct dose at the correct time.
It is specially designed to assist people who have memory issues or cognitive impairments to managing their medication independently.
The lockable device can hold up to 28 doses and is designed to be filled in advance by a carer , family member, or pharmacy. The dispenser is programmed to alarm at the time the medication is due and will move automatically at the correct time, providing access to the correct dose before the audio and visual alarm sound.
If the user doesn’t take medication after the specified time, the TabTime can be programmed into a Carephone, which sends a notification to an Alarm Response Centre (ARC) or a local receiver.
We also provide the optional extra of a tipper, designed to support people who may experience physical barriers when accessing medication from the device. The tipper holds the device and comes with a handle and a dispensing pot. When the medication is presented, a light press of the handle tips the medication into a blue pot, enabling the person to easily administer their medication.
